Artist statement

My 2D creations have always been an internal and external subconscious attraction to positively occupy my hyperactive, visual mind. I have always been extremely introverted and struggled with communication. Varieties of abstract art felt natural to express multiple complicated thoughts as images whewre every mark, big or small plays a part in the entirety.

My 3D work is a mix of realism and pure abstraction relying on balance, proportion, complementary shapes and accurate angles to force the chosen material to reveal a preconceived design after studying the starting piece
